As every year, the 2019 programme leaves no wishes unfulfilled. While placing a distinct focus on Mozart and Verdi, the festival also offers highlights such as Bellini’s opera “Norma” and promises unforgettable entertainment in a league of its own. Additionally, the orchestra and its conductor Tetsuro Ban from Japan will enthral their audience with an exquisite selection of pieces from composers such as Haydn and Paganini.

Fantastic Gondolas

From 29 to 30 November 2019, the skiing El Dorado of Lech am Arlberg hosts the ninth edition of the multi-media art and music festival “Fantastic Gondolas”. Ascending from the valley station via gondolas up to the mountain terminal. On this unique festival weekend, the Rüfikopf metamorphoses into a stage for renowned video and projection artists, DJs, musicians and other performers. Surrounded by an electrifying atmosphere in-between 1,450 and 2,350 metres above sea level, this festival aims to celebrate the connection between lightart, music, nature and man.

The legendary STANTON SKI OPEN will be opened in proper style on 28 November 2019 with the newly created ski race “Catch Me If You Can”. With lamps on their heads, the 222 participants compete for the treasured victory in this outstanding Giant Slalom event.
