HOLIDAY CAN BE SO BEAUTIFUL

Mountain summer awakes on July 3rd

Biking, hiking up and down - in the warm season of the year, pure mountain sports dominate in St. Anton am Arlberg in front of an intoxicating natural backdrop. Summer 2020 is in a special light: After troubled times people long for relaxation in healing nature, dream of fresh mountain air and active summit experiences.

This is exactly what guests have always found in St. Anton am Arlberg. The Tyrolean "world village" is known for its original charm and the warmth of its hosts. From July 3rd, the entire holiday region along the Rosanna to the Stanzertal with the communities of Pettneu, Schnann, Flirsch and Strengen will once again welcome their summer guests with open arms. "We are here for you" is the message - emotional, personal and full of anticipation.
A ticket full of possibilities.

Hotels and guesthouses welcome their guests with the summer card from just one overnight stay in the holiday region of St. Anton am Arlberg, and the ticket has it all: While some attend free yoga sessions, others practice archery or take part in an E -Bike tour (rental bike for two hours included). Also included are trips on all buses between Landeck and St. Christoph, entry to the swimming pool in the Arlberg WellCom and use of the St. Anton mountain railways for one day. For a fee, vacationers can "upgrade" their ticket to a premium card with additional offers. The summer card is valid from July 3, 2020 for the entire summer season. www.sommerkarte.at

Excursion tip: the versatile Verwall valley.

A particularly attractive hiking and cycling route leads through the Verwalltal recreation area not far from St. Anton's village center. Past meadows, forests, streams and the emerald green Verwallsee, the route runs flat and is easy to drive even with a stroller. In winter 2019/20 the new Wagner hut opened its doors there, a cozy meeting point for locals and visitors. A worthwhile stopover for climbing fans is the high and low ropes course with 22 climbing stations at a height of up to twelve meters. The brave can defeat their dizziness on the “Flying Fox” above the Rosanna Gorge. There is a playground with a fireplace by the lake, and there is another barbecue and picnic area near the Wagner hut. Interactive nature stations along the way let visitors playfully immerse themselves in the myths and legends of the St. Anton am Arlberg region. At the waterfall, the 35 meter long steel cable suspension bridge ensures adrenaline rushes. In the “EldoRADo” bike area, two-wheeler fans will rave about the pump track, northshore trail, kick-off and more. Alternatively, you can do laps with KTM e-motocross bikes on the specially built cross track. For the youngsters, the "EldoRADo" also has slight curves and obstacles that are even suitable for running bikes.
