From easy to difficult routes, everybody finds a perfectly suitable challenge to exercise their strength and stamina!
In addition to the climbing hall, the arlrock also offers a bowling alley, a squash hall, a tennis hall and a trampoline park, which is particularly popular with young people. After exercising, enjoy a cool drink in the arlrock's sports bar or try Thai delicacies in the Skiing Buddha Restaurant.
Aside from various climbing routes, the sport park offers many more activities in a more grounded setting. Enjoy a little time-out with a friendly game of skittles. Enter the squash court and prove your agility or swing your racquet on one of the two indoor tennis courts that can alternatively also be used for badminton and volleyball.
