Climbing walls, tipping over some pins or swinging the racquet – all this and more is possible at the sport park St. Anton, the lovingly called arl.rock.

Start your climbing experience with one (or more) of the approx. 65 routes located in the interior room or try yourself at one of the 30 outdoor routes. Get wild at the approx 80 m² of bouldering area, climb along the walls, always ready to jump off at a reasonable height at any given moment, and experience this sport without any additional safety measures necessary! From easy to difficult routes, everybody finds a perfectly suitable challenge to exercise their strength and stamina!
In addition to the climbing hall, the arlrock also offers a bowling alley, a squash hall, a tennis hall and a trampoline park, which is particularly popular with young people. After exercising, enjoy a cool drink in the arlrock's sports bar or try Thai delicacies in the Skiing Buddha Restaurant. Aside from various climbing routes, the sport park offers many more activities in a more grounded setting. Enjoy a little time-out with a friendly game of skittles. Enter the squash court and prove your agility or swing your racquet on one of the two indoor tennis courts that can alternatively also be used for badminton and volleyball.

After an eventful day, there is no better place to go than the “Skiing Buddha – Asien Restaurant” with its countless Thai kitchen delights. If you do not have your own climbing gear with you, you can rent a complete kit at the ARL-ROCK. So nothing can get in the way of your perfect day on the climbing wall!
