HOLIDAY CAN BE SO BEAUTIFUL

Schnann

Escape the permanent hustle bustle of everyday life and dive straight into the countryside idyll that is Schnann. Due to its calm location and rural charm, this village invites you to unwind and recharge your batteries in an oasis-like atmosphere.

The golden centre of the Stanzertal valley

Located right in the centre of the Stanzertal valley, Schnann is the perfect starting point for a variety of hiking tours to the surrounding mountain huts and summits. Characterised by the element of water forcing its way through the gorge, the wild and romantic Schnanner Klamm is a special highlight and a true gem of nature. Along the unruly stream and past the waterfalls, the strength of nature is palpable and offers you a very distinctive natural spectacle. Also the village centre has plenty to offer, for instance St Roch’s Church, co-built by the famous architect Jakob Prandtauer in 1633 and famous for its baroque interior.

Only eight minutes to the slope

During the winter season, cost-free shuttle buses take you in a mere 8 to 12 minutes to the magnificent skiing area Arlberg. A total of 305 kilometres of perfectly groomed slopes offer you a unique snow paradise, rich in diversity and wonder.
